This site is run by And Unfold LLC, a Minnesota company owned by Dr. Jen Harsh.

Unfold is not therapy or medical care

Everything on this site and in our emails is for education and general information. Unfold is a private guided experience. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care or a crisis service, and it doesn’t take the place of care from your own doctors, therapists or other health care providers.

Reading this site, joining the waitlist or emailing us does not create a therapist and client relationship with Dr. Jen Harsh.

Please talk with your own health care providers before making changes to your care.

If you’re in crisis

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn’t hold a spot or promise a start date or price. When doors open, we’ll share the details, and working together will come with its own agreement.

We share what we know in good faith, and everyone’s path looks different. We can’t promise any particular result.
