Your privacy matters to me. This page explains, in plain words, what this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

This site, andunfold.com, is run by And Unfold LLC, a Minnesota company owned by Dr. Jen Harsh. When this page says “we,” “us” or “I,” it means And Unfold LLC.

What we collect

  • What you give us. When you join the waitlist, your first name and email address. If you email us, whatever you choose to include.
  • What your browser shares. Our website platform uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to count basic visits, like which pages were viewed and what kind of device was used.
  • Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to check that sign-ups come from real people. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply to that check.

How we use it

  • To send you waitlist updates, an invitation to book an intro call, and occasional emails about Unfold.
  • To answer you when you write to us.
  • To keep the site working and secure.

We never sell or rent your information.

Who helps us

A few trusted services help run this site, and they handle your information only to do that work:

  • Kajabi hosts the website and the waitlist, and sends our emails.
  • Google provides our email inbox and the spam check on our forms.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Please keep health details out

This site and our email are not set up to hold private health information. Please don’t share medical or mental health details through the waitlist form or by email.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
  • Ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing [email protected]. We’ll take care of it promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re on our list, or until you ask us to delete it.

This site is for adults

This site is meant for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
